You can watch the Ontario champion University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT) Ridgebacks this weekend as they compete at the U Sports national women’s soccer championship in Nova Scotia.

All games of the tournament hosted by Acadia University in Wolfville, Nova Scotia will be available on webcasts on FIBE 1 TV via SportsCanada.TV.

The Ridgebacks will open the tournament on Thursday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. ET against the Trinity Western Spartans from Langley, British Columbia. The Ridgebacks are seeded third in the eight-team field. UOIT won the Ontario championship Sunday over Queen’s. Trinity Western is the finalist from the Canada West conference.

The winner of the UOIT-Trinity Western match will play in the semi-finals on Friday afternoon at 4 p.m. ET. The losing team will move to the consolation round on Friday morning at 11 a.m. ET. The medal round games take place on Sunday, November 13 (bronze at 11 a.m. ET; championship at 1:30 p.m. ET).
